• Clean and maintain guest cabins (bedrooms, bathrooms, balconies)
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and amenities
• Ensure cabins are neat, sanitized, and well-presented at all times
• Respond promptly to guest requests and special requirements
• Report maintenance issues or damages to supervisors
• Follow hygiene and sanitation standards strictly
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities

• Prior housekeeping experience in hotel or cruise preferred
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
